Letter to the Editor of the Isle of Wight County Press. This letter was published under the heading "An Academic Approach to the Island Deal" or something like that on 23 April 2021.

Unfortunately the CP removed the formatting and the Hansard reference. This made it look as if the words quoted were mine, not those of our MP, which they were. His argument was spirited and cogent but has not resulted in the promised 'Island Deal' being paid. The text as it was submitted.
